Mr. Joko Santosa comes with a rich background across industries like Realty & Property, Construction, Oil & Gas, Consumer & Pharmaceutical, Printing, Newspaper, Digital, DTH & Free to Air Media Background. He has served in various key functions including Marketing, Sales, Commercial and Business Development in national and multinational companies, He has vast experience in developing nationwide networks & retails.
Since 2004, he has been actively assist Ministry of Manpower in implementation of Salary Structure and Scale as an Compensation Expert. He is also appointed through President of the Republic of Indonesia’s decree as a member of National Remuneration Council for the year 2016 – 2019; and through Minister of Education and Culture’s decree as a member of 2016 - 2019 Selection Committee for Minister of Education and Culture Leadership.
Dyah Nur Sasanti, S.H., M.Hum.
An active member of Asosiasi Advokat Indonesia (AAI) Bandung, with a depth knowledge and experience in Indonesia's business jurisdictional system. She possesses the advocacy aptitude and capabilities in arranging business establishments and handling dispute resolutions. Her astute approaches have advanced her expertise in contract drafting, legal drafting, legal advices, and legal audits.
Since graduated Cum Laude from Postgraduate Program of Parahyangan Catholic University in 2003, and awarded the "Best Student of Parahyangan Catholic University", She has been focusing her competencies in non litigation and litigation, such as criminal cases, civil cases, negotiations and mediations, bankruptcy and suspension of payment, intellectual property rights, company regulation drafting, and other business law jurisdiction cases. Her legal advising experience varies from government institution, foreign and domestic investment companies within the business area of garment, textile, property and housing, labor, etc.
In addition, she has shared her expertise as a lecturer since 2010, first at Maranatha Christian University, Bandung, and now at Borobudur University, Jakarta, actively involved in teaching civil procedure law, bankruptcy and suspension of payment, administration law, state administration procedural law, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, also judicial practice.
